Founder with a distinguished history of C-level experience spanning tourism, events, transportation, and the cannabis industry. A seasoned entrepreneur with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University San Marcos.

With over 20 years of sales expertise and more than a decade in senior-level management roles, I have overseen businesses globally, ranging from start-ups to established ventures with over 50 employees. My professional journey has taken me from Guam to Prague, San Diego, and San Francisco, providing me with a diverse and comprehensive understanding of business operations.

In San Francisco, I have solidified my reputation as a well-connected cannabis consultant, playing a pivotal role in the design and launch of one of the city's pioneering equity cannabis retail and smoke lounge licenses in the Bayview district. To facilitate this endeavor, I co-founded the San Francisco Cannabis Retailers Alliance (SFCRA), advocating for changes in regulatory policies, such as reducing the buffer zone between cannabis establishments and schools. I currently serve as a Board member and Treasurer of the SFCRA, ensuring my continued engagement with evolving cannabis policies.

My extensive experience with METRC, spanning cultivation, distribution, and retail operations, underscores my proficiency in navigating regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. I have leveraged this expertise to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cannabis distribution, manufacturing, and retail entities in San Francisco and Oakland, contributing to operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

As a problem solver at heart, I am drawn to operations management for its inherent challenges and opportunities for innovation. I have played a pivotal role in establishing the operational frameworks for industry-leading companies such as Eaze and Flower Company. Additionally, as a Founder of the Original Equity Group, I have been instrumental in shaping equity programs in San Francisco, further solidifying my commitment to fostering inclusivity and diversity within the cannabis industry.
